Used Monitors

Well I sent my monitor in for repair because the screen turned red. Two tries later Amkotron fixed the red but they used the wrong parts for their repair so now my monitor thinks it’s a standard 17 inch when it’s actually a 20 inch wide (standard resolutions don’t mix with wide screen monitors). Once I figured this out I sent it back to them three times but they still haven’t corrected their mistake. During all of this sending and resending in for repair my warranty expired so now i must deal solely with Amkotron ( not like Samsung would have been any more help ). I made this video as proof for them, just in case they think for some weird reason I would waste my time lying about a problem that should be easy for them to troubleshoot. I provided them with printouts and screen shots of all my findings but they were apparently ignored. The only person I was able to actually speak to there was their Assistant Manager of production. She said they would consider sending a replacement monitor if they were unable to fix mine. So when I got it back again with the problem still there I took her up on it and instead she referred me to the President, who ignored my calls for two days and referred me back to her. I’m going to send it in “for the last time”, apparently they don’t want to deal with this anymore either.
